"A TRULY WONDERFUL WEDDING CAKE PROVIDER Everything Trudy did was amazing. First of all we only gave her a few week's notice and she worked out the logistics such that it was possible to fit us in and set the cake up at the perfect time for us. Then, with no detailed instructions, we left her some flowers to somehow use when she came to set up the cake - thinking she might just lay them here and there... but NO! She really went to town and created a beautiful work of art. Finally the taste (Biscotti flavoured) was sumptuous and so enjoyable even for someone like me (the father of the bride) who isn't into cakes usually! Anyway our daughter and son-in-law were thrilled with what she did - she is just so friendly to deal with... highly recommended."

She was in contact regularly regarding the design to ensure it was exactly what we wanted and was very accommodating when we wanted to add extras and make slight changes.
